CAREERS AT NORTHRING
Build an insurance business with real training, modern systems, direct mentorship, and a culture that expects you to grow.
THIS IS BUSINESS OWNERSHIP
Northring is for people who want more than a position. Producers operate in a performance-based environment, build relationships with clients, manage their activity, and develop the skills required to create a durable insurance business.
You are never promised a result. What you receive is a serious environment: a framework to follow, people to learn from, tools to organize the work, and room to grow into leadership when your performance and character earn it.

High standards, practical support, and systems that stay close to the work.
YOUR PATH FORWARD
Every producer starts from a different place. The path is structured so you can focus on the next skill, not guess at the entire journey.
Complete approved pre-licensing education and prepare for your state exam.
Pass the exam, complete state requirements, and obtain your active life license.
Study products, scripts, technology, compliance expectations, and the client process.
Work inbound opportunities, conduct appointments, follow up, and improve through coaching.
Strengthen consistency, serve clients well, develop leadership, and qualify for agency-building opportunities.
Licensing requirements and fees vary by state. Acceptance, appointment, production, advancement, and income are never guaranteed.
WARM INBOUND PROSPECTS
Northring agents get access to warm inbound prospects who have already expressed interest in life insurance coverage. Prospect access is part of the sales environment so producers can focus on preparation, service, follow-up, and closing.
Growing a business can also involve optional investments in approved marketing, technology, or additional prospecting. Spending money never guarantees appointments, policies, or income. Northring does not operate a public lead marketplace and this website does not sell leads.
WHAT THE WORK REQUIRES
PRODUCTION PLANNING TOOL
Set a target and adjust the assumptions. The calculator works backward to estimate how many placed policies and submitted applications the math would require.
ESTIMATED ACTIVITY NEEDED
The transparent math: annual placed policies = income goal ÷ average commission. Submitted applications = placed policies ÷ placement rate. Weekly figures use 48 working weeks.
This planning tool is an illustration based entirely on the assumptions you select. It does not predict or guarantee results. Actual compensation varies by carrier, product, premium, contract level, policy placement, advance structure, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, expenses, and individual performance. “Gross commission” is not take-home income.
